Half term week and lockdown project
Hello all. I have not updated here in a while. First of all, I really miss you all! I cannot believe it is nearly 12 months since we last sang in a room, shoulder to shoulder. Its been a bumpy 12 months since. The first part I can only describe as scrabbling. I was quite early on with virtual choir work and much of what we created together has continued since then. It is a testament to how we all came together and created something really wonderful. For those who it has not suited then I understand entirely and I cannot wait until we are able to gather once more.
I cherish the memories of singing inside when we were permitted and furthermore the joy of singing and yoga outside. When we sing the songs online that we enjoyed like this they are always peppered with those joyous memories. I think Voices Entwined will emerge better, stronger, more cohesive and with even more joy when we finally can get back together.
Thank you to everyone for all of your support throughout the last 12 months. I have been humbled by your loyalty, kindness and encouragement.
For now we have an AMAZING lockdown project with the Howling Wolves headed up by the marvellous Sarah Masters. Please find the all the information under Mni Wconi Project at the top of the page. Any problems then please give me a shout.
I will be back next week properly!
