Yoga & Voice
I run an outside yoga and voice session on Barr Beacon in the woods on a Tuesday morning at 10.30am.
It is a nourishing, gentle session. We do traditional Hatha yoga poses with a focus on breath and finding space within the body. We then sing some gentle. uplifting and calming songs and chants.
It truly is a wonderful session and everyone is welcome.
I can also run workshops or small events based around yoga and/or voice.
